After the beautiful sunset, we at last woke to clear blue skies!! What a lovely spell of weather we were now heading into. For years I had wanted to see the Falls of Lora a few miles east of Oban, but there's only a few good times to go. So we got details from the tourist office and Monday was...

A regular visitor outside my window, light is not always good, but it is my mate!!!

This Dunnock was perched on a shrub in a garden we passed on our way out from Fowey to the Saints Way path. I notice (s)he's got a patch of speckly feathers on his (or her) cheek, so maybe a juvenile, almost but not quite out of juv plumage?

I am amazed at the Conon Power Shot SX60. This photo was taken in the most awful conditions and it came out very well with a little Photoshot Elements work. My more expensive gear could not compete!!
