..... or How do they do that?
In case you can't tell, this is a Dunnock!!! It wasn't raining, so I don't know why he shook himself LOL.
This was taken in Aperture Priority days and the settings were:
f/5.6
1/170 sec
ISO 100
Exp bias +0.3
Focal length 185mm
Max aperture 3
Metering mode Pattern...
Happy Christmas everyone.
Sports Mode... I seem to be using that mostly now and got into Continuous or burst as well. This does allow you to get lots of different poses, but boy does it fill up the card quickly if you're not careful LOL
Anyway... I love Dunnocks, so was glad this one came in...
Can't resist trying to get pictures of these guys when they appear and really thought this pose was cute.
Don't know if he's just fluffy, or got a full crop LOL.
A rare July day when it wasn't raining!
TTTW
There's a real tit-fest here this week, never seen so many coming to the window loads...
Nearing the end of the arboretum pictures now unfortunately. So mopping up on some of my favourite images from that morning.
It seems like this Dunnock is showing me his prize LOL
A little brown job day today.
We hung about the area of the Wren for a few minutes and then this little Dunnock arrived - I got a few pictures... but liked this pose.
