Bird from Ethiopia - Borena National Park - Sighted December 2020

A bird seen in Borena National Park (South Ethiopia) the 3rd December 2020. The guide, who is an advanced ornithologist in the park, couldn't identify it. So it could be a vagrant from a neighbouring area, or maybe an undescribed juvenile. Any lead? Thanks in advance
