looking Fantail ...
... captured late
evening ... when
it came to bathe ...
... soon after
Sunset ...
... and all the while

Relatively unusual black morph form of quite common 'pied' Fantail. Comprise approx. 4 percent of population in South Island, much rarer in the North Island. Endemic to New Zealand.
Apologies if it's out of focus or if I failed to use the correct exposure/lighting/filter etc. As regular viewers will already know, I am just a happy snapper who just enjoys pointing the camera and clicking. Should my obviously poor images offend please let me know and I will delete them.

This is one of the most super active birds that I have seen :) I was very lucky to catch this bird on lens as it was taking a breather.
Kindly spare the photo quality due to low light
