She was yacking a lot too, although this shot caught her just between quacks. I guess she was telling me to head on. It was time to get moving if I was to make it to the reunion dinner in time.

This lady seemed to prefer a different feeder - rather a nice shape, isn't it.

Snowing here this morning and it brought in a nice garden visitor.... my first Fieldfare of the winter. Not sure the pictures will be any good, as he was rather obscured by twigs. Will have to see.
Goodness, what a lot of different poses this lady gave me, it was so difficult to make a choice. I decided on this one in the end as it was a little different.

This pose is one of the "Stay away!" poses that is aimed at a Squirrel - makes them look dragon-like to me. I'll upload more of these poses as I process the images
