Had to try hard to get a shot of this Flowerpecker unfortunately it was dull and rainy but good to get another target endemic bird on Mount Kinabalu

This female Orange-bellied Flowerpecker may not be as colourful as the male, but it looks just as beautiful when observed at close range.

A Tiny colorful bird, which often comes close to humans. But in this case it kept a safe distance from me, yet offering some nice poses. But I wish I could make a good portrait of this beauty sometime later

Typical of all Flowerpeckers, the female has little colour. Drab and dull with much similarities with the female of other Flowerpecker species.

This tiny bird visit scrubs and low trees of plantation and forest edge. It stays at the lower or middle storey where the flowers are and accompanied at times with a constant chirping.

A male mistletoebird is having lunch at Castle Hill Reserve, Townsville, Australia. I saw two of them busy flying from one tree to another back and forth, making this particular calls. Such a delight to be with them in a beautiful winter day.
