    When refilling the bird feeders in the garden, I heard a rustling noise in the corner and saw this chap in the middle of the Poppy plant. Managed to get the camera in time before he hopped off.

    I found this litle guy in standing water by the river slough: many people must pass by his little pond, as he was singing while I hovered over him, and he stood perfectly still while I took a snapshot of him.

    Green Tree Frogs would congregate in the camp kitchen at the Bird Observatory. We once had a pile of 14 directly under the tin roof on a 35C day. So much for being sensitive to dryness and heat.
