    I snapped this picture when we pulled in to a hotel parking lot to get some internet access! Only took one picture, and it turned out for once! Usually it takes several to get a good one.

    This is the second Great-tailed Grackle, I've seen. The first had a tail so long it would not fit in the view finder, as I tried to move back he of course few away. This one was much smaller but not as impressive.
