These gulls were hanging in a parking lot. The color of the sky and clouds just made a perfect picture!

This guy looks like he's coming right for me. They were pretty active at the river.

This Laughing Gull was trying to steal a few morsels from the Brown Pelican. The Pelican didn't seem to mind the Gull riding around on its back, for a while anyway. This was taken from the ferry at the South dock, Mayport.

This gull was coming in for a landing on the rails of the walking bridge at the reserve.

I think he forgot what his mommy told him about how to eat fish. I bet all those little stones on the fish will work real good in his gizzard.

This Ring-billed gull seemed to really be enjoying its self when I got this shot. It just went on and on diving, rolling and splashing.

I love the detail of this gull as it was flying by my car at the reserve.

There was some very heavy congestion on the beach this day. There was a gentleman feeding the gulls, so I used it as the perfect photo opportunity to capture as many pics as I could. There are several different types of gulls here.

This sweet gull just stayed on the rail and tilted his head for me when I was taking his picture. I love the sweet look on his face.

This gull stood for quite a while balancing on this wall. Maybe he was doing his morning yoga. LOL

The gulls were all in motion at the river near the Burlington Bristol Bridge. They would let you pretty much walk right up to them and then fly away. Making for some good picture taking!

In winter, hundreds of Relict Gulls gathered on the remaining mudflats along the coastline of Tianjin, China.

I am posting this because the colors came out so bright. I think this is a 1st winter bird.

Took this at the lake today. This was a rather mild encounter between gulls. Usually they seem to spend most of their time stealing from each other. Apparently the one begging was a lower ranked gull.

This gull was sitting in the road eating it's clams. I pulled my car near him and he too off, carrying it's dinner. I like how the shadow was just perfect in the picture.

This gull was flying around with it's clams and mussels, dropping them on the ground to crack them open and then having a seafood feast! It's cool to watch their routine...
