Common Buzzards are some of the most widespread birds of prey in Bulgaria but capturing their hunting behaviour is not easy. I just returned from a photography session at the hides of www.LivingNature.bg where I was privileged to photograph this wonderful scene.

Just returned from another photography trip in Bulgaria. I wanted to test two of our hides and getting ready for the coming winter season. Stay tuned for more images.

This is a pic one of my hides i have built around differant areas in the woodland that i use to take shots of Jays, Peckers etc, you can just make out the gap for the lens to poke through, Oh its just to the left of the tree (LOL)

I bought this hide way back in December last year, I tried it out for the first time in the garden here in Norfolk yesterday.

I set up a berry branch by my feeder, (tied to it, actually) and needless to say, nothing has come. However, as I sat in my blind, this Carolina wren came by and offered some great photo opportunities.

Well i finally did it got a couple of decent Kingfisher shots.Taken out of Crake hide at Rutland Water.

My dad and i have been working on this for about a week now and today the door was fitted and i painted it. i am really pleased with how it has come out and i hope there are many birds that visit. cheers sam
