While visiting my daughter in Colorado last summer I took a walk near Chatfield Lake and came across these hummingbird moths pollinating from flower to flower. They are amazing to watch!
An Anna's Hummingbird came along seconds later and the moth yielded to superior beak power, then came back again when the hummer flew off, having established "ownership" of this orange tree.
