    Very dark, poor quality photos of a hermit. This was taken at a lek (~6 individuals) hidden deep in the forest undergrowth, only a few feet from the forest floor. Seems like there are a few similar looking hermits in the area, hoping that there might be a chance this can be identified. Thanks!

    My hummingbird feeder has been mobbed by honeybees over the last few weeks, searching for nectar. As a result, the local hummingbirds have had some problems. But this Anna's hummingbird eventually settled in for some sips, albeit on the far side of the feeder from the bees.
