finally i got the male today ...
there were about 10 of them.
but very hard to photograph, they hide inside trees.
took me 4 hours to get this shot ... my car got stuck in the mud, had to leave it overnight ...
but was worth it :)
We call it the "Reed bulbul"
breeds in Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, occasional in Turkey, Israel and Egypt.
In Kuwait it's a Common passage migrant. Scarce winter visitor.
this is the female ..
males have black patch on side of head.
