    Iduna (?) Warbler from Pakistan

    Hello everyone! I took this single photo of a warbler in the Swat Valley, Pakistan this August. I'm unsure of which Iduna it is. We are inclined towards Sykes's Warbler but we are not too confident. Any feedback on the ID would be appreciated, perhaps some ID tips too. Thanks in anticipation!

    Maria Island, Tasmania - bird song ID

    Heard primarily in the AM in a wooded semi-marshy area in October. Three clear whistled notes in a repeating pattern. Sounds strikingly like the first three notes of the Jurassic Park theme song (B flat, A, B flat). Never saw the bird making the vocalization. Any help would be appreciated!

    Is this a sparrow?

    I was in a truck so I couldn’t get a good picture without spooking them. They have the typical sparrow coloration, but they looked bigger. They were between a robin and a song sparrow in size. The male (top) seemed to be feeding the female (bottom) as she rested on the ground.
