If these youngsters get any larger that nest will collapse? This photograph was taken in a spot where many people take their dogs for a walk, and youths roar up and down on motorcycles. These Shags are not worried by all this activity??

These shags are increasing they colony on the island in the lagoon.

There are two phases in this photograph White-throated and the Pied, The Pied phase looks as if it is about asleep.

Love sunny day yesterday, first in ages, so I could not resist photographing this shag.

On its favorite perch. It still is in its intermediate phase.

I manage to catch this shag with a fish in its beak. It was later chased of the lagoon by another shag.

These shags love this tree for roosting and nesting in.
