    A very elusive bird. It took us a lot of work to find it, because it already bonded with a mate and wasn't very eager to display.

    African Wood Owl

    To avoid disturbance when photographing animals at night I dont use the camera's flash light. I have a normal electric torch and I illuminate the target only inderectly, in this case the light focus is on the right branch
