I went to the Blue Wall Preserve Sunday to look for some Warblers. The birds were not cooperating, but it was a beautiful fall day. Here it is.

It will take some time before there are new ones

Trying to gain a different perspective on the world I was just laying at eye level and started to notice the beauty of the leaves, young vegitation sprouting in the new spring warmth, and so on.

On a day out to blow away the Christmas cobwebs, this textural picture was just a photograph of the leaves at my feet. A bit of a try-out with a new camera, the result was just what I was aiming at. Perhaps a suitable computer wallpaper.

I spotted this leaf formation on a footpath the morning after a nasty storm and captured this because I thought how beautiful nature can be naturally.

Lovely fresh beech leaves, couldn't resist a shot or five as I was out walking today.
