I can still feel the warm pebbles under me as I laid on the beach at the weekend, nearly the weekend again

Surprising how hard it is to get these birds in the frame, it's not as if they're uncommon, just wary.

Company has just gone, but its well cold here again this morning, so I dont reckon I will be going far again today. Time to give the liver a rest after the thrashing its had over the past few days, the things we do to keep our guests happy, I ask ya!!!

The Rock this bird is sitting on is found in the Area of Dunbar East Lothian with a bit Sun on it makes a great setting for Photography. Last post for a while I travel to Portugal this afternoon hoping for Sun and of course Birds.

if only I could have captured all 30+ in this puddle, looks like they were having fun....

Linnets are very beautiful birds and it's so hard to get anywhere near them with the camera so I was very pleased with this shot.

Well Peeps, the Carnival Week kicks off here this morning, and guess what, its raining. We have the male and female Tug-Of-War on the beach this morning. This afternoon theres Bands on the Beach, starting at 1-00, so I will be in and out of BF all day.

Early one for me today, I have some gardening to do for my lovely parents. Thought I may as well make myself useful and help them out, as they're both in their eighties. Might go birding tomorrow morning with BFs Will H, if the weather holds.

This Linnet was perched in the open and looked very twitchy as I carefully approached, so this is the best shot I could get. Not very good but it is the first Linnet I have seen for months. Ron
