This one was about 20m away from the last one I took, looking into the sun for this one though. Didn't look too pleased to see me there.

A group of young Little Shags were sitting on the lagoon bank, some of them were playing with bits of small wood.

This young Shag has only recently fledged.

If these youngsters get any larger that nest will collapse? This photograph was taken in a spot where many people take their dogs for a walk, and youths roar up and down on motorcycles. These Shags are not worried by all this activity??

These shags are increasing they colony on the island in the lagoon.

There are two phases in this photograph White-throated and the Pied, The Pied phase looks as if it is about asleep.

Love sunny day yesterday, first in ages, so I could not resist photographing this shag.
