    Usually the females arrive first with a juvie but haven't seen anything but males yet. Not complaining though ;)

    I've now got the mom, son and dad here but dad is starting to get a wee bit rough with the little guy. Which seems to be normal behavior having watched this behavior for over 10 years.

    As you can see by looking at the holes made to withdraw the sap from the Muscadine Vines I believe this is a hatching year male

    How much work the Sapsuckers did on the Muscadine Vine. This is the adult male that showed his face earlier this week. Since he has been here, I have not seen the Juvie and I have still yet to see the adult female.
