I have had a computer crash, so I have not been on BF for a while. I wish to thank all those kind comments on the Juvenile Gannet.

I waited and waited for the Mallard to swim into the perfect spot for this final Autumn Bash image. A lovely end to a great day out with the boys. Hope you've enjoyed our trip round the county of Angus.

She was yacking a lot too, although this shot caught her just between quacks. I guess she was telling me to head on. It was time to get moving if I was to make it to the reunion dinner in time.

So I was back to Loch of the Lowes in mid-August to meet up with BF member Paul (Gander) from Fife. He'd come up to look at a telescope. These Mallards were messing around outside the Visitor Centre. We had a good visit. TTTW
