Two Marsh Tits and a Nutty

Waiting for the GT to leave. Took some sunflower seed to the forest today and after a while i had some nice traffic going on,nice weather too.

This tit (marsh, I think) had a special technique at the cousins' feeder. Facing outwards, he'd make quick over-the-shoulder snatches, grabbing a seed from behind him.

Whereas we had a lot of willow tits along with the blue and great tits at our feeders at the cabin, husband's cousins just a couple of miles down the valley had mostly marsh tits in that "role" in the mix - identifiable by slicker, shinier caps and evenly colored wings. This one was...
