Just when I thought there was little to photograph I heard a tweet tweet and saw this mum keeping her young one safe... what a beautiful couple.

Appears every December and gives the local blackbirds a hard time

This lone Mistle Thrush was fighting of the 23 Waxwings from stealing his berries and winning he scared them off.

They are on the berries at work no Fieldfare yet though can't be far away
