Thought I may as well post this shot,not very good ,I was too far away.But that is one very lethal looking claw raised up from the water.

I had uploaded a cropped version of this photo with just the Egret and Moorhens and when my wife viewed the original a second time that is when she noticed the Heron off to the right(see the cropped version). I certainly did not see the heron "live" when I took this photo.DOH!! The...

This shot makes me laugh as it reminds me of those scenes from the Pink Panther films, where Clouseau has launched a karate attack against Cato, and gone sailing past in mid air! :-O Fantastic kick though!
