    I've found a spot from which I can catch these busy birds. They are there like clockwork each morning and evening - best light in the evening.

    Since we downsized to a courtyard home this is one of the few birds we get in our garden. Feeding on a neighbour's Geisha Girl tree that hangs over the fence.

    Well, seeing the a200 was on its way to camera heaven, time to spend some money. The Sony SLT a65V has arrived. Now much to learn. This New Holland Honeyeater is a regular in the back yard.

    Hi all, just had to share this image. I have never witnessed another bird of the same species actually holding on to another by the leg, this lasted for about 5 minutes, in the end the bird being held managed to wriggle free! Hope you enjoy!
