    the only one who completed the transformation to breeding colors, all the other males are still in eclipse. hope you like it.

    this Australian Jasmine tree blooms at this time of the year, and it makes those little ones so happy, spending all day sipping the nectar. this is an eclipse male, still need to work hard to get back its beautiful colors. hope you like it.

    this Australlian Jassmine tree flowers at this time of the year, for the obvious reason, LOL, and these little brats have a feast on its nectar. this boy need to work a lot to get back his beautiful colors and long tail. hope you like it.

    mostly active after 4 pm, still hot at that time, but i don't mind if he would come and i get to enjoy him. hope you like it.

    form the days they were doing the tail dance, that was in March and April, now they are nesting a little quite but i did not see the young ones yet. hope you like it.

    i think i have only one male in my garden this season, and he is not very noisy as they use to become this time of the year. still many flowers did not bloom. hope you like my little prince.

    they become very difficult to find in September and October, only rain make them come out, and also these lovely ponsina flowers. this is the eclipse male, which means after he lost his long tail and most of his colored feathers. hope you like it.

    the summer flowers of the the Tamarind tree attracts these lovely sunbirds. the couple now are going around with the little one. hope you like it.

    last mouth she preferred black grapes, now she keeps on coming to the dates, her man Tarek like more the nectar of the flowers. BTW temperatures are back to normal thank God, it was only that day. thanks for all your comments. hope you like it.

    that was the best shot i could get from last week, thought it would fit well in SF series. this is almost full frame, she and the boy came very close, i had to remove the cam from the tripod and get it handheld. hope you like it.
