I saw a bunch of pine straw being flung about on the opposite bank and couldn't figure out what was moving all the straw as I saw no tail so new it wasn't a squirrel. Then it surfaced.

Took this in the spring. This fellow was right outside my kitchen window, literally three feet away. Would have been a better picture if he were on a natural perch, but oh well.
