This fellow sat on the feeder for a good 5-10 minutes with the food on his beak.....I thought it was stuck there. Guess he was just proud of it but finally decided to eat it anyway.

If I didn't know better with all the "March Madness" basket ball going on in North Carolina I would say this is a NC State University fan on the left and a University of NC fan on the right probably discussing or arguing which is the better team. The birds must have something better to...

I took this image late dusk, used fill flash and the darkness on the left is an object I had to shoot around to get the shot. Full frame shot and I find the lighting a bit interesting. The red may be a bit over saturated but is did not look right to me when I desatuated the color.
