Oystercatcher and neighbor

River otter in the duckweed
This curious little fellow kept popping up closer and closer to me, disappearing below the duckweed then popping up again - until it finally popped up right on the shore, walked up onto the levee just 10 feet from me, turned around and waggled its bum and tail at me, then jumped back in the water.- Zackiedawg

Otter & Wrasse
A completely unexpected photo opportunity. I was standing on a stormy beach at Mousehole, Cornwall just before Xmas looking for seabirds when I saw what I thought was initially a seal in the distance.
