I think I managed to find a match for this one on line. If I got the right black and yellow dragonfly, this is a Pacific Spiketail, described on-line as "huge and fearless" :eek!:

This is one of Oregon's largest, and in my opinion best looking Dragonflies. This is a completely wild, natural-pose photo.
