Bandit the osprey - it has a brown dot within its left eye - so it is easy to distinguish from others. It sees me almost every day - so I'm able to get closer now without disturbing it.
A four frame Osprey Dive Sequence. The bird was making frequent shallow dives, rather than steep vertical dives, so I don't think it was trying to catch a fish, but maybe trying to clean the last fish off its talons and feathers.
I was thinking as I went out today that it would be funny to get a pic with the osprey next to the owl. Sure enough, on my way back home, Bandit the osprey is hanging out by the plastic owl.

I've no idea, but I presume this will be the same Osprey that I showed you yesterday, for I now couldn't see the perch to check whether that one was still there.
