A nice few hours at Holme yesterday, good sightings of Marshies, and a few odd bits and pieces. Wet and miserable here in Norfolk this morning, so no birding today.

This is the first time i have ever seen a pheasant brought up in the wild

This cock pheasant took to the air pretty quick, must be nervous as its that time of year again so just managed two frames and this was the better.

This handsome male Common Pheasant was watching me with some interest so I could not resist taking his photograph.

The pheasant barked actively in the vacant lot in front of home. It climbed the wall and it seemed to look for something.
