    The only difference between the male and female seems to be brighter yellow spectacles, but there may be another. I will guess this is the male.

    Pine Warbler (Dendroica pinus subsp pinus) 1st year female. Though it was a cold, drizzly and gray day. This bird has no color (lol). Near Montgomery County Fair Grounds, Conroe, Montgomery County, Texas, USA. Margin of mixed pine/hardwood forest at ca. 79 m (260 ft) elevation.

    arrived the same day as the butter-butt. Cold front coming in this weekend so perhaps a few more will head south.
