    Went yesterday morning to my favorite birding spot next to my town, and was greeted with this view right as I left the highway and entered the dirt road. Was a foggy morning but the beautiful morning sun was hitting this big fella nicely.

    This young fellow was following a pack of 6 or 7 adults. He stayed behind a little bit looking very tired. First juvie toucan I see in person. I've always only seen or photographed adults.

    On yesterday's morning walk, that motmot on the trail. On today's walk, on my way back, just 2 blocks from home, at a "pink ipê" tree, this gorgeous toucan. And in the same block, at a tree just by the sidewalk, a small group of Golden-capped Parakeet, as you can see on the other upload.
