    Red-capped Manakin (Pipra mentalis ignifera) Three subspecies are recognized with two being mapped for Panama. The nominate subspecies is only found in the Darien whereas subspecies ignifera is found every where else. I am not sure if he was waving at me or just showing off his yellow pants...
