This young Red Fox appeared to be quite comfortable around humans. Probably due to being close to a nature reserve, so after a few pieces of chicken it was shut-eye time!
Love photographing this family over the last few years, unfortunately the old dog fox has sustained an injury to one off his back legs, so is really just sitting around not doing much at the moment, so the vixen has been more mobile as lately as she usually is.
Another shot of the young Fox foraging around the feeders at Pennington
It could hear my shutter but decided to ignore it and went on with it's search for food
I was able to sneak up on this beautiful Red Fox by sneaking up thru the dry stream bed. This was August, so he was not quite in his bright red coat yet!
...last pic of this one. As I mentioned with the first pic I uploaded; I knew where it was heading, so got in front of it and waited. Still needed a lot of luck with such a short lens

I allowed one of the Foxes to get close (approx. 15m) to me yesterday morning at the reservoirs (I saw which way it was headed, so got in front of it and waited), so I've a few of it to add to my gallery.

I've a few Fox behaviour pics from Wednesday, but most aren't really appropriate for a bird forum. This one is OK though, as it's just a Cub begging a parent for food. I'm not sure of the cub's age... over 5 weeks, as the eyes aren't blue... maybe 2 months? The Cub is begging because one of it's...
From the reservoirs yesterday morning... not the same one that was with the Magpie.
Something that might interest a few of you (that didn't already know) : This was taken with my TCON17 I used for my Superzoom cameras attached to the end of the lens. I know many use teleconverters, but most use...
