I was on Walbury hill checking out a route for a group of runners when I came across a mixed flock of 40 - 50 red kites and ravens enjoying the thermals.

This red kite was circling above the slope, I shot a burst as he was turning and managed to get him facing me.
I like the way he stares at me.
We returned to Australia from Texas via England, and managed to visit Gigrin Farm again for the Kites. I was quite chuffed to get this one eating on the wing.
