    When I took this photo, the male Reed Bunting was making short work of the top of this reed. If you look closely you will see that it's head is covered in gossamer thin filaments. Sorry I've not been posting this week which has been due to unforeseen events. I have tried to look in occasionally...

    This was spotted yesterday high in wild rose bush> I also got a nice suprise this morning a goldfinch was on the feeder could not get a good image as it was hehind some leaf.

    Well Folks, We moved our base yesterday, from near Totnes to Exmouth now. Hopefully get some birding in today at Topsham and Bowling Green Marsh.
