    Male Pacific Golden Plover (Pluvialis fulva) 太平洋金斑鴴 in full breeding plumage. Few of them looks like staying back in Borneo and may become resident here.

    A Black-tailed Godwit family with their three chicks in the nature reserve ‘Ochsenmoor’ in Lower Saxony in Germany. This nature reserve is a joy to observe birds. You can hear a lot of other birds.

    It is difficult to differentiate between Pin-tailed Snipe (Gallinago stenura) 針尾沙錐 and Swinhoe's Snipe. But my findings suggested it is Pin-tailed.

    14 species of Heron (Ardeidae) in the world, 3 of them can be found in Borneo. Grey Heron (Ardea cinerea) 蒼鷺 is one of the 3. Sighted quite a few of them in an open space here during my last road trip, December 2020.

    Greater or lesser Yellowlegs

    Seen today, 4/29/21 at Lee Metcalf NWR near Stevensville, Montana. Looks like lesser to me but lesser is relatively rare in the area compared to the more common greater. Bird in background is a gadwall for reference.

    I saw these in August of 2020 in Epanomi lagoon, near Thessaloniki. Maybe not the best time for shorebirds, but there were a few around. If you know what any of these are, please specify the number of the picture! 1 and 2 is the same individual, I think kentish plover? But not 100% sure 3 some...
