There is no difference in the plumage of male and females except the white neck ring the female carries.

Since Monday havent been able to go my 1 hour birding.(work).feeling claustrophobic..and the itch to upload a picture..so decided to see my old files yesterday..and saw this picture which i havent uploaded before..while walkinfg the road in Bukti Tinggi these birds were criss crossing the way...

This is the 3rd angle..the colours of the bird are just fantastic..no picture by can show you the true colours..believe me i set for and hour just looking tho the scope at this beautiful bird and felt awe at's God's creation..Hope you like the pictures but believe me my picture looks drab...

Finely reached the place where the Broadbill were..there is a kilometer long road running just beside the Japanese Restuarent..they told me that these birds were nesting there..the entrance of the road..saw this 15 to 20people of both sexes setting but no Singh..lol..just 10 feet away from the...

This is one of the jewels that can be found in the rain forest of Bukit Tinggi. It's so beautifull that it looks unreal. This is a female, s it has a necklace around its neck, males are plainer ... Thanks in advance for your comments ...
