    Crawling around on the downed branches and leaves, this slick little skink was looking for bugs to eat and didn't seem to mind me approaching and standing directly over it

    This little fellow don't seems to be afraid of human. It stays still for a while after spotted me and that gave me opportunity to take more shots. Very common seen species here in Borneo even in urban area but if in natural forest, it will appear much bigger with deeper tone color.

    A little skink.A. I love the 'copper' tone of the top half.They do drop their tails, which then wriggle attrakting away any preditor, who gets a snack rather than a feed. By the way its tiny at about 80mm.
