It's "Gull Night" folks! Just digging through some older shots taken when I lived in Japan and found this one. A nice Slaty-backed posing for me. A few bits of my lunch always brought them into range!
This is a 1st for Eastern Canada - around now for about 2 weeks in Glace Bay, NS. Normally winters in Japan and vagrant to W. coast of N.America (and very vagrant elsewhere)
