    I had just mentioned to my wife that I had not heard a Song Thrush and had only a brief glimpse of one when I glanced across to or fountain and saw this. I carefully pointed my camera and was able to get several shots before the bird flew.

    Still coming for his currants every day... I don`t know what their life span is but he`s been coming now over 5 years. He sometimes takes them off my hand...

    He arrives each morning at around 5.30 am (my wife tells me) and often is still going at 8 pm on top of the tallest tree near the house. He makes the occasional worm re-fueling stop
