Great to see for another season

Thank you very much for your very nice comments on my image of a Great Spotted Woodpecker.Here's a picture of a butterfly taken earlier this year very close to my home.

And the last shot from that layover, waiting for the direct flight home to Trondheim. Another folder cleared off the computer. More space for new pics when I take a holiday in CA in a few weeks.

Very rare for me to actually be able to get a butterfly picture, so was quite pleased with this one. This was on the path towards the Visitor Centre. At least, I hope I've got the ID right. I'm out most of the day unfortunately, so will catch up with you all later.

Taken in my garden yesterday just before it started to rain and it rained most of the night so at the moment it has stopped but more to come

taken this afternoon on a quick trip across to the local woods.(as the is wife feelingbetter but still limps abit should be ok in a while after her fall) catch up later I hope or in the morning.
