    Tracked down on Sunday in the heat of the day. Welcome sunshine, I might add. This bird was catching flies from a tree on the other side of the canal to me, and kindly waited for me to walk all the way around to get some shots with the sun behind me. Best views I've had of one this year.

    looks to be quite a few at Redgrave and Lopham fen NNR.in all at least a dozen or more. The path along the river was alive with W/Warblers,Chiffchaff.LTT.Wren,Reed Warbler,Sedge Warbler,Little Owl, Well worth a look if ever any of you are out this way.

    Early one for me today, I have some gardening to do for my lovely parents. Thought I may as well make myself useful and help them out, as they're both in their eighties. Might go birding tomorrow morning with BFs Will H, if the weather holds.

    Watched a pr of these birds for a couple of days and every time I saw the male brought food to the female, it was a wasp, not sure if these are delicacy's or just easy to catch but it makes for a great image
