    Ministry of funny walks!

This juvenile bird was feeding along the edge of the runaway at Davidstow Airfield, Cornwall. I watched the birds movements for about an hour, I then parked my car about 50 yards ahead of the bird, and waited for it to walk to me!

I consider this to be one of the most beautiful shorebirds that can be seen here. They are rare as we are way east of their main migration route. These were just my second and third birds, feeding together.
