    A couple weeks ago I rescued a juv bird that had flown into a window. Birdforum identified it as a Black-throated Blue but I had never seen any adults here. This morning I spotted a pair feeding in an area of undergrowth along our driveway. Joy in the morning for me.

    I had not seen any Yellow-rumped Warblers yet this year and knew they had to be around so I played their song on my iPhone and before I knew it this one flew to the branch in front of me. Then he flew to the ground and back again, this time with the caterpillar.
