According to the (excellent) French version of Collins, willow tits never come to bird tables (ne viennent jamais aux mangeoires). Still, Collins also somewhat strangely describes the nutcracker as "[a] rather silent bird on the whole", so I'm sticking by my original identification...
Compared to Whitacre where the willow tits never seem to come out of the bushes, the one(s) at Cannock Chase were a revelation. I need to get back over there for some more pics...
Another bird that tends to hide in bushes as opposed to posing on them. This one fleetingly landed on this branch before disappearing into the undergrowth again, but allowed me to fire off some shots. Got 2 stunners... of just the branch, and this one!
