    Back views can sometimes be a bit confusing, but there can be absolutely no doubt what this bird is. That bill is diagnostic, isn't it. Black mark to anyone who can't nail the ID. No prize if you can;) Couldn't resist holding on to this one for Saturday Fun

    We headed out travelling sort of northwards along the coast road. For some distance we followed a little creek near the road, eventually seeing some some birdlife. First these dopey looking Yellow-billed Spoonbills.

    My first sighting of these and in my excitment didn't compensate for the exposure needed for this shot ( HELLO it's a white bird Ken LOL )
