The first one looks like a Whinchat IMO (prominent white supercilium, short tail, slim bill and orange wash to the breast).
The second one is a Phylloscopus warbler - either Chiffchaff or Willow Warbler. Unfortunately we can't see the primary projection, which would clinch the ID, but dark legs, dark cheek and indistinct supercilium favour Chiffchaff.
